Magica Power! Hanami Magica! is the first episode of Puella Magi Hanami Magica. It originally aired on October 27^th, 2019 in Japan and was produced by Vnet.

Hanami Hatake wakes up from a horrible dream involving a horrible place, a ghost cat, and a monster that dragged her down to reality. She eats breakfast with her best friend Yuki, only to see that a strange creature is crawling around. She shrugs it off and goes to school. After school, Ichigo, Charm and Hanami all meet up at the cafe and finds out that a cuter and livelier version of the ghost cat from her dream is real! The cat introduces himself as Byutey and offers the girls to become Puella Magis. Ichigo accepts and now Hanami and Charm are considering it.
